At SHRE TRENDZ, every product undergoes strict quality checks before dispatch to ensure that customers receive products in perfect condition. Due to the delicate and hygienic nature of fashion jewellery, we maintain a strict return policy.
No Return Policy
All products sold on SHRE TRENDZ are non-returnable once delivered successfully. We do not accept returns for reasons including, but not limited to:
• Change of mind or personal preference
• Size expectations or fit issues
• Product appearing larger or smaller than expected
• Colour variations caused by photography, lighting, or device display
• Minor design or handmade variations
• Slight bending of earring posts which can be adjusted easily
Customers are advised to review product images, specifications, and size details carefully before placing an order.
Exception – Transit Damage
A replacement may be considered only if the product is damaged during transit and reported according to our damage claim process.
To file a claim, customers must provide a continuous unboxing video clearly showing the sealed package and the damaged product inside.
Claims without valid unboxing proof will not be processed.
