SHRE TRENDZ follows a strict No Refund Policy.

We do not offer monetary refunds for any orders once they are confirmed and processed.

Replacement Only Policy

If a product is received damaged during transit and the claim is approved after verification, we will provide:

• Replacement of the same product, OR
• Store credit if the product is unavailable

Refunds to bank accounts or original payment methods are not provided.

Claim Reporting Time

Any damage must be reported within 24 hours of delivery along with the required unboxing video and photographs.

Claims reported after the specified period may not be accepted.
